An experienced garden and landscape designer with a track record of producing high quality, creative, and responsive design work, alongside a full end-to-end project delivery skillset:• Strong conceptual, narrative and design development skills• Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of personnel and partners• Confident and inspiring client presentation skills, and excellent in all aspects of client management and coordination• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary design projects involving multiple contractors/partners from start to finish with consistently high attention to detail• Working knowledge of 2D Vectorworks, 3D Sketchup/Layout, Enscape, Photoshop/Gimp, various desktop publishing software, Excel, Google suite• A flair for learning new technology/software quickly as necessary• Hand drawing & sketching ability• Skilled in material selection, technical detailing and producing specification documentation• Excellent plant knowledge and planting design skills• Strong horticultural / planting knowledge, with plenty of on-site experience• Excellent with supplier liaison, creation of schedules, ordering, working to complex budgets and managing delivery timelines• Experience in an array of project types and sizes• Experience and good working knowledge of planning processes, including London Plan and Urban Greening• Experience of contract administration and management, with working knowledge of CDM 15 regulations • Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure• A flexible and approachable attitude to work, excelling as part of a team• Motivated and driven in independent learning and continuing professional development• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)• Clean UK driving license
