Company specializes on Private lable and OEM production in Asia region (China, Thailand, Korea, Taiwan) for Russian retail biggest Pharmacy companies (A5, Rigla, Doctor Stoletov, Protek). Company provides full service from factory in China to warehouse of Customer in Russia. Sourcing, negotiation, Contracts, designs and artwork, packing and Quality control, logistics, customs clearance, finance control, netback calculation and optimization. Legal and Logistics. Marine Chartering Department (Logistics Department) voyage charters, time charters, Contract of Affreightment, claims consideration and negotiation, Arbitration risk mitigation, International arbitration.

Terminals Director. Logistics: Leader position with control function over the shipping and transshipment of crude oil and oil products through the ports of Russia and CIS countries (the Baltic Sea, Sea of Azov, the Black Sea and the ports of the Far East). Operating activities were concentrated on strategy and financial planning, signing contracts with new terminals for crude oil and oil products. Chartering of river tankers for navigation to make possible the export of crude oil, fuel oil and vacuum gas oil. Work with the storage tanker. Consideration of claims for vessels’ demurrage. Chartering of vessels. Contracting of inspection and forwarding companies.Achievements: 32 contracts with the terminals were constantly at work. More than $ 13 million in savings in the cost for 2 years of work due to reduction of cost of service and supply chain optimization. Contracted 9 new terminals.

Sales. Crude-oil book: Work activity was concentrated on a contractual support of the physical sales of crude oil from 13 fields to 5 refineries of the company and to the consumers in the FSU. Activities included invoicing, confirmation of letters of credit, optimization of logistics and supply chain, financial planning. In addition to the main activities was involved in the integration of two new fields into Company.Achievements: In this position, it was planned to involve a second person because of the increased tasks and workload, mainly because of the increase in the number of oil fields subsidiaries and increasing of oil field recovery. It was possible to adjust the handling and approval of contracts and amendments for all subsidiaries without additional laborer. Took part in the integration of new fields in the structure of the company.Sales. Fuel oil Book: Mainly engaged in the same activity as in Crude oil Book, with a primary focus on the FOB delivery to Baltic Sea region of fuel oil and vacuum gas oil.Achievements: All documents were processed in a timely manner, there were no delays of tankers due to lack of documentary instructions from the buyer, or being late with the opening of a letter of credit. The company’s interests were constantly monitored and in case of controversial matters the letter of protest was issued at once.

Fuel oil & Gas oil Trading. Executed physical spot sales and trading of fuel oil and Gas oil - bunker fuel to supply with bunker the ships in the Baltic region. Sales to the shipping companies in the region and major bunker trading companies, such as OW, Dan bunkering, etc.Achievements: It was a new start-up company with 0 market share. Our team managed to achieve 15% of the market share in the port of St. Petersburg selling Fuel oil.
