I was born in Ranchi and raised by hardworking middle-class parents. Growing up, I quickly learned the importance of self-sufficiency and the value of taking complete ownership of my fate, both personally and professionally. After completing my college degree, I found myself on a career path that felt beyond my control. However, after working for a few years, I decided to pursue an MBA to steer my career in a direction I was truly passionate about.During my college days, I helped my father run his business and took on part-time jobs to fund my expenses. In a small city like Jharia (Dhanbad) and with a degree from IMT, securing funds from small savings and part-time jobs was no easy feat.For the past two years, following a layoff from Johnson Controls, I have been deeply involved in business strategy, helping companies grow and identifying key areas for improvement. I have also had a rewarding experience working in business development, a role I truly enjoyed. After a challenging attempt at building an edtech startup, I gained a deep understanding of the manufacturing business domain and scaled the P&L by 3X within a year. This success led to an opportunity to work with a client as part of their business development team, managing key enterprise clients. Recently, I started my own venture, securing three clients and working on improving their businesses. I transitioned to their customer success team, focusing on user growth for key enterprise accounts.On weekends, you can find me in the kitchen helping my wife, making meals for the kids, and whipping up snacks with a hot cup of tea by my side.
