Network Operation Analyst
Current• Continuously observing and analyzing the performance of the client’s network infrastructure, identifying and troubleshooting issues to ensure optimal operation.• Respond promptly to network incidents, coordinating with technical teams to resolve issues, minimize downtime, and prevent recurrence.• Collect and interpret network data to generate detailed reports on performance metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.• Oversee routine maintenance tasks and assist in the planning and implementation of network upgrades and enhancements.• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, support, and customer service, to streamline operations and improve network reliability.• Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, processes, and incident resolutions to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.• Provide technical support to the client, addressing network-related inquiries and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.• Ensure that network operations adhere to industry standards and security protocols, implementing necessary measures to protect the network infrastructure.
