• Ensure peaceful, harmonious and Constructive relationships with workmen and union which will ensure uninterrupted operation of the plant.• Organise timely payment to workmen and contract labour as per statutory requirement and as per policy laid down by the Unit.• Ensure that all cases related to legal and disciplinary are handled effectively protecting the interest of the unit.• Ensure all statutory regulations are complied with in time as per Factory and Labour Laws.• Management of contract labour including, dealing with contractors on day to day basis while ensuring proper implementation of settlements between the contractors and unions.• Co-ordinate and support land procurement activities and ensure no encroachment of company s land.• Public Relations: Ensure harmonious relationship with Government official and surrounding community to improve organisation image.

Heading HR of corporate and plantliquids division, semisolid division,tablets division,biological division and R &D Conceptualising the HR strategy for aligning people and processes through a system of well defined objectives, measures, targets and initiatives. Overseeing the smooth implementation of HR policies especially for manpower planning, recruitment, selection, induction, orientation & development of new employees in the organization through Career and Succession Planning. Ensuring the organization is in compliance with local employment ordinances, all statutory compliance and as well as corporate policies and liaising with the government bodies on labour and administration. Undertaking the Employees Satisfaction Survey and taking suitable remedy based on the outcome, negotiating with multiple Unions for LTS, Bonus and other IR related issues and maintaining high morale of employees. Identifying the training needs and accordingly planning, scheduling and organising training programmes in the organization, as per budgets allocated. Assessing the effectiveness of training by identification of strategic drivers of performance in short and long term perspective and augment them through clear action planning and periodical reviews. Sustaining cordial industrial relations in the organisation through initiating settlement proceedings and enabling workers to voice their opinion on a common platform. Implementing HRIS, monitoring contract labour management and handling the all Kemwell locations General Administration ie Security, House Keeping, Canteen, Transport, etc.
