Currently leading Product and Content Design at Webflow. I oversee all teams designing and building the most powerful visual development platform for designers, marketers, and developers. Webflow empowers everybody to easily launch stunning, enterprise-ready websites. Previously, I led Design for Meta's Remote Presence team which helped people connect in real-time on Instagram and Messenger during a critical time amidst the pandemic. I also led Airbnb's global Design organization for our CX Platform that supported guests, hosts and agents with smarter tools and concierge services. I established foundational Service Design capabilities internally through cross organizational initiatives, training and education. Before then, I led teams for startups, agencies and a 501(c)3 volunteer group.I am also a core member of VectorDAO, a collective of designers whose mission is to accelerate the mainstream adoption of web3/crypto protocols through design and investment. Active responsibilities span operations, membership and investment deal flow. I care deeply about people, and believe everybody should benefit from thoughtful, intentionally designed, and transformative experiences.
