Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive compensation strategy that supports business growth and workforce planning initiatives. Manage the budget, design, communication and administration of both base salary and variable pay programs to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness. Oversee internal/external salary offers, job evaluations, salary survey participation, performance review, merit planning, promotion, and EEO/Equity activities. Partner with service provider in the management and administration of employee benefit programs. Provide strategic guidance and expertise to management and staff on compensation-related matters. Collaborate with DOE, Prime Contracts, Finance, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and accuracy of compensation practices, expenditures and reporting. Improve employee satisfaction with HR services by providing timely and accurate HRIS system support. Stay informed about emerging trends, best practices, and legislative changes in the field of compensation and recommend innovative approaches to enhance total rewards programs. Supervise, mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and exceptional service delivery.
