I am an international and transracial adoptee from China with a background working in University of Pittsburgh’s Center for Teaching and Learning as their Educational Software Support Assistant from Sep 2019 - Aug 2022. Previous to that I worked at Microsoft as a Product Advisor and was trained on End User Support and Licensing. I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in Apr 2018 with a Bachelor’s in Communication, minoring in Sociology, with a Gender, Sexuality and Women’s Studies Certificate and Digital Media Certificate. While in college I also served on the boards for several student organizations; Pitt Active Minds as President (2016-2018), Pitt Project Heal as Vice President (2016-2018), and Pitt Rainbow Alliance as Communications Assistant (2015-2016). I was also a student worker in Pitt’s former Office of Institutional Advancement and worked as a junior graphic designer within their Communications Department following a summer 2016 internship with the Counsel for Advancement and Support of Education.I hope to collaborate and work on fun projects that create a positive impact with people who are also dedicated to equity, inclusivity and transformative justice.
