Strategy: I lead a small team that offers high-level context-based insights that shape the organization's work in the country. Fundraising: I work closely with the executive director to execute programs for fundraising and resource mobilization within the country and globally. Product development: #defyhatenow runs several flagship programs and products that need constant improvement and development to meet the needs of the communities we serve. I work with our various product teams and the executive director to ensure these programs are relevant, efficient, and sustainable.
