As a member of the senior executive team, my role includes defining product strategy and product delivery across a global engineering organization. Leading the platform engineering team at iPass, my responsibilities include translating business goals and product requirements into actionable engineering plans and coordinating resources and timelines to roll-out new products and innovative technologies using Agile, test driven development methodologies. Reporting to the CTO, the position manages a team of 50+ highly technical software managers, engineers, product managers, QA, and automation teams spanning the US and India. The team develops a secure, scalable REST-based Java and Ruby web-services platform for enterprise / consumer facing products as well as the authentication fabric and back-office integration.

A mobile marketing and loyalty platform for several leading merchants, brands, and venues, We leverage technology to transform consumer in-venue experiences and influence behavior. I assembled a high performing engineering team to simplify and improve mobile in-venue technology and loyalty participation. We achieved success using analytics and ML clustering technics to drive better outcomes and launched a real-time rich media consumer messaging platform to more than two million subscribers.

Captus designed and manufactured internet security devices focused on the Denial of Service and Intrusion Prevention market. During my time at the company, we grew to 150 employees and closed four rounds of venture funding. Along with my co-founders, we developed and productized the initial product offering and drove the corporation's intellectual property strategy.

Small and Medium Business Unit (SMB). Responsible for the creation and feature enhancements of a web-based management application which would eventually be used in several other lines of business at Cisco. Created a web browser-based product called Cisco Visual Switch Manager. Created the design of the management interface and was awarded a patent for my work.

DevOps engineering role. I was responsible for 3rd tier network ops support and building custom web based management tools.
