I supported the University of Arizona's employee wellness unit—and its incredible team of service providers—by managing a diverse slate of communications projects. Duties included updating and monitoring website content, accessibility, and usability; building and executing communication plans and marketing campaigns; writing and editing Web copy, regular feature-length articles, and programmatic and promotional emails; occasionally contributing to the university's flagship social media accounts; and instructing colleagues on communications best practices.

Duties included managing an extensive re-architecture, redesign, rebuild, and relaunch of a suite of eight department websites into Drupal, with the support of a team of co-workers and technical vendors; assisting with the day-to-day maintenance of eleven sites; contributing to marketing and communications plans, processes, and publications for college programs and events, including a healthy dose of editing and proofreading; overseeing college-level social media efforts; and serving for six months as interim supervisor of a five-person team.

I maintained update-intensive sections of the Institute's website, trained colleagues in use of a custom implementation of the RedDot content management system, researched and implemented social media strategies, ran link-checking reports, and catalogued videos and speaker consent forms. I also wrote, copy edited, and took photographs for office publications as necessary.Other duties included directing a support team in site updates, playing a significant role in the CMS migration, and contributing to the house Web style guide.
