 Analyze and troubleshoot performance issues and work with various domains in fixing them Providing technical assistance to improve system performance, capacity, reliability and scalability Reporting on worst performing network elements and assisting in resolving them Designing, analyzing and reporting on performance and capacity management Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints Performing root cause analysis of performance issues and suggest corrective actions Overseeing system performance lifecycle and identifying key metrics for performance improvements Evaluating system performances and recommending improvement solutions Generating performance reports for customer and management review Supervising Performance and Operations Excellence Team Assisting RF Design, Planning and Optimization (DPO) team with daily RF optimization responsibilities

1.Daily monitoring and Optimisation of the 2G and 3G RAN. Troubleshooting the causes of the dip in KPIs and fixing them2. Feature implementing and parameter optimization3. Optimization of all RF related KPIs4. Performing Quality and Benchmarking drive test, analysing and reporting; recommending and/ making necessary changes based on the analyses5. Analyzing capacity and quality bottlenecks at Air Interface, BTS, BSC and RNC levels and making and/ recommending the necessary parameter changes, feature activation or capacity expansions6. Collecting and analyzing network performance data and providing daily, weekly and monthly performance reports. Analyzing before and after system changes and developing comparison reports 7. Investigating customer-related issues and resolving them (customer complaints resolution)8. Visibility & Health check of overall Network through benchmarking with Competition9. Network Quality Improvement action plan implementation and tracking
