This SOAP proxy service allowed us to increase our product search speed by 10x. • Enhanced search response to Nexpart, using proxy with data relating to companywide inventory. This allowed the customer to see inventory not only in their set store locations but also as an organization which allowed increased sales as customers were now aware the product was available from a different location• Configured, setup and populated organization Nuget repository. Previously, code was copied from project to project and this led to multiple versions all over the place. By creating an organization Nuget repository, I was able to centralize common libraries and set standards for those libraries• Investigated, developed and implemented library to create Nexpart web orders that allowed the ERP (Autopart) system to consume – e.g. process. This library allowed our other internal systems to handle web orders outside of Nexpart. This allowed customers who do not have a Nexpart account the ability to order from Lordco and allowed for better tracking of web orders• Investigated, developed and implemented product pricing engines to replicate ERP (Autopart) functionality for e-commerce support and performance enhancements for Nexpart proxy. Product pricing calculations via the ERP – used by Nexpart – was a performance bottle neck that customers complained about.
