SUSKO Innovation and Technology- Set up the innovation and technology function at SUSKO - Product innovation through market pull(innovation) and technology push InnovationSystem Image Optimization (IOP/AOP) Team Manager- Understand about business through cross organization.- Deliver optimal performance M3 ultrasound system with safety.- Acceptable Image Quality deliver for All SUSKO product expectation X700/ X600/ Sonovista FxPE/ P500/ NX3/ NX2- Drive technology for more satisfied business  Drive catheter image quality and noise reduction on P500 2.0 for ICE business To solve reliability on TV-A, drive wide FoV technical solution on FxPE DTCE (Major post processing tool) algorithm continuous improvement

Project manager - Understand about product through project development cycle- X300 6.0/ 6.5/ 7.0  Time and quality to market Deliver product to the target place.IOP engineer- Understand about customer and clinical application through image quality.- Probe(Convex, Linear, Phased) integration and optimization for M3 products- Catheter implementation on M3 product.- Contrast agent imaging integration on M3 product.AOP engineer- Understand about safety through ultrasound physics- Set up SUSKO AOP environment(intensity, power, temperature) and process- Release manual acoustic table and regulatory(IEC, FDA) report- SCM environment set up, AOP transfer and manage by regulatory guideline.- AOP efficiency improve through automation (Auto-alignment for SUSKO, Auto-surface temperature for SUSKO)- Transmit energy optimization through waveform generation. (To overcome 1 Tx power limitation)
