In my previous experience, I worked in CLAP to support youths, teachers and stakeholders. I designed tailor-made activities for senior students on CLD groups and CV360/ENOW workshops for teachers, mentors, social workers with my teammates. Furthermore, I have also participated in the central working group of advocacy and ENOW one-stop workplace learning working group. Working groups were working for promoting services, networking stakeholders and also running workplace learning scheme. Networking resources and strategic partnerships were my tasks of primary importance in the project. In the last year of CLAP 1.0, I was participating in the HKBM pilot team. I had supported the project to localize the globally recognized Gatsby Benchmarks, a framework for CLD. Before this job, I worked as an outreaching social worker for nearly six years, which shows my ability to advance in my career. I have a strong passion for supporting others and bridging up resources, which is why I have found such fulfilment in CLD service, providing support to teachers and assisting them in ways that benefit them both personally and professionally. I also enjoy looking for solutions to common CLD problems, which I feel would be a great asset in the project. Since this position works directly with teachers, assisting them in developing CLD in schools, I believe my innovative nature and robust skill set will help me succeed.
