Developed data-driven app with C#, XML and SQL Server back-end for real-time OFP test and defect data collection providing statistical analysis and metrics reports for program execution. Chief Engineer for Integrated Product Teams (IPT) replacing distributed, legacy mission computer systems by replacing antiquated MIL-STD 1750A assembler with new PowerPC HW and C software, VxWorks ROTS, Board Support Package (BSP) integration, and rehosted Ada83/95 software. Employed and evaluated Agile Scrum methodology and traditional SW dev under FFP contract. Designed and developed 1553 “playback” capability to simulate aircraft environment for synthetic testing.

Embedded Lead Senior Engineer for F-16 Commercial Fire Control Computer (CFCC) at Hill AFB, UT. Responsible for development and integration of Ethernet communications and a Helmet Mounted Targeting System on the jet. Provided Software Capability Upgrades to the Block 30 for the ANG. Co-authored a deterministic, real-time Ethernet communication protocol for implementation in various F-16 Operational Flight Programs (OFP). Designed and prototyped Ethernet communication software and provided technical recommendations to the F-16 System Program Office (SPO) for deterministic Ethernet communications on the jet.

Software developer for Unmanned Aerial Vehicle groundstation, full mission simulator, and sensor controls. Served as NATO Standards Group (STANAG) 4586 lead engineer for the subcommittee on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) on the UAV. Developed a Point of Sale (POS) system for use in store fronts across the country. Maintained and developed internal business systems software.
