CurrentNetwork Support for 5500 casino floor gaming machines, NYC video lottery kiosks, video lottery terminals; configuring port security.• Troubleshoot and repair and configure cisco Switches catalyst and Nexus• Monitor Temperature in Server room. • Monitor Distribution Switches issues and disconnects. • Installing, troubleshooting and maintaining network peripherals, PCs, printers and servers.• Troubleshooting server network and peripheral issues; ensuring seamless network connectivity.• Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures on network devices.• Installing and upgrading systems with virus protection software, spyware and firewall • Ensuring seamless operation of Self Redemption Kiosks, vending machines and ATM machines.• Maintaining detailed knowledge of LAN, MAN and WAN deployment and functionality.• Complete all hard and complex Move, Add Change (MAC) requests within the defined service levels• Overseeing stellar levels of customer and technical assistance, providing tier II support to casino staff and answering support calls and Salesforce tickets.• Imaging PCs using Ghost, Symantec and Acronis.
