I have 13 years of experience designing a variety of building types, including residential (single and multi-tenant) educational, office, recreational, religious, institutional, industrial, and retail. I have worked with clients in the public, private, and government sectors. I have been involved with Renovation and New Construction projects in all stages of design from Concept Design to Bid Documents, and performed a variety of tasks including Existing Site Documentation, 3D Rendering, Bidding and Contract Negotiation, producing Construction Documents, Construction Administration, Specifications, and As-built Documents. Also, for the last 16 years I have done Graphic Design. I have worked with churches, small businesses, and individuals to produce designs for business cards, logos, t-shirts, flyers, banners, CD cover art, and magazine layouts. I am proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, Microsoft Office, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Revit, and Microstation.I believe my calling in life to help others using my gifts and talents. Designing is my joy, not my job. I believe that any problem can be solved when approached the right way with the right tools. I am a self-motivated person with an eye for detail. Even though I am a visual learner, I still read the fine print to get clarity. I don't know everything, but I believe I can learn anything. I like working with others and learning from them as well as teaching them what I know.
