I joined this organization to coordinate substance abuse treatment, case management & after care for more than 65 clients annually. As part of this effort, I managed partnerships & a substance abuse provider network that spanned 13 counties.I was successful in securing $550K+ in federal funding and managing daily operation of an $850K federal substance abuse program grant. I also designed and implemented HIV/STI/substance abuse education workshops for various clinical, community & youth groups.

At the YWCA, I developed and managed DJJDP-funded, school-based after-school programs for middle school students; planning & overseeing special events for program participants, parents, staff & volunteers. I also planned & facilitated summer recreational & academic activities for a wide-range of students.
