Our vision is to simplify and modernize insurance processes for insurers, agents, and customers alike, making policies more accessible and efficient in real-time.Our flagship project, Noodle, is a powerful platform that enables insurers to manage and deliver insurance products seamlessly. Noodle streamlines the end-to-end insurance journey, empowering insurers with tools to deliver policies instantly, without the traditional paperwork delays.Our journey with Bright INTERCEPT is about creating impactful solutions that will shape the future of insurance technology. At Old Mutual Ghana my role includes :Analyzing and mapping business processes to identify automation opportunities.Designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions using leading RPA tools.Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.Conducting testing and troubleshooting to ensure quality and performance of RPA bots.Monitoring and maintaining deployed automations, ensuring optimal performance and making necessary updates.Documenting process automation procedures and providing training to end-users.

At BlueSPACE, my responsibilities included leading and managing the Dev team, automating processes, and ensuring that the systems are reliable, scalable, and secure. I also document the development plan and processes, support and help development teams with well-functioning databases and applications, work with key clients and partners to create and document effective APIs and create security and data protection procedures to govern application operations.Additionally, I ensure proper source code management across key repositories and work with data scientists and analysts to improve software.

Developed various APIs to integrate BlueShield - a motor insurance on-boarding application, with insurance core systems.Liaised with other developers and stakeholders to identify and enhance performance bottlenecks in BlueSHIELD.Developed BluePAY - a payments gateway service, that enables apps and websites accept payment.

My duties at CGIA include:• Develop software systems• Presenting ideas for system improvements, including cost proposals• Working closely with analysts, designers and staff• Maintaining software systems to ensure they are always up and running

Happily creating interactive content for DVGL's Social E-Learning project, i contributed to a platform that will soon change the face of education in Africa.
