The company was based in the historical city of Melaka,Malaysia. Since the setting up of the firm in the year 2000, we have embarked on more than 180 projects. Main bulk of the jobs are residential development, both lowrise and highrise. The company was also involved in industrial , commercial as well as conservation projects.Some of the completed projects are 8-storey headquarter building for M/s United Malacca Berhad , Housing projects for public listed companies such as Bolton Properties at Taman Seri Telok Mas, Taman Paya Emas for MFCB . Served as Senior Architectural Associate of EDA ARCHITECTS , in-charge of branch office in Melaka for seven and a half years from March 1993 to August 2000.Served as executive architect/project manager in the Public Works Department, Singapore for eight and a half years from June 1984 to February 1993.a. i. 8 years in the design, construction and supervision of schools (see annex 1 attached) . Coordination of the 4th Schools Building Programme,Rebuilding/Extension and Alteration Programme and the 4th Primary Schools Building Programme.ii. 5 months as Project Manager for the construction of the Institute of Health & the National Dental Centre.
