I am a senior manager in a global Engineering and IT company and have extensive experience leading teams to deliver multiple software and firmware projects with success. I have consistently delivered impactful business results, developing strategies and building and managing teams that developed firmware for over 20 new HP products. I have also led teams to develop new innovations, improve efficiencies, and reduce costs.I believe in creating an environment that fosters collaboration and cooperation. I motivate people to be at their best to drive business results and I am passionate about developing people.
