Recruiting Credit Specialists to work within the Wealth Business to provide Lending solutions to their clients3. Identify and recruit Mortgage Brokers and establish strong referral partnerships with the Advisers.Together with all the sales tools they need, we support our Credit Specialists with Business Building strategies ('Business Health' is a key platform), Business Planning and Coaching, Credit support, establishment of strong business referral relationships, and marketing support. PersonallyI am an energetic and motivated sales leader with a strong "Strategic" background and a diverse range of experience. Tertiary qualified to Masters Degree, with well developed analytical skills and the ability to learn & think strategically, supports a proven ability to negotiate and problem solve. I am highly focused on business results and love the chase of a target.
