As an Inside Sales Consultant, I worked with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions based on their requirements. In this role I earned multiple customer recommendations and consistently exceeded my targets.

In my tenure with Bank of America I held numerous positions. I began as a Customer Service representative where I was responsible for answering customer inquiries and also promoting products such as balance transfers and insurance products. After 9 months I was promoted to the Retention department where I was tasked with ensuring customers would keep their accounts with the bank. I was identified as a top performer in this role and was successful in becoming an Assistant Manager.As an Assistant Manager it was my responsibility to provide timely coaching to representatives on the phones. I was then promoted to the role of Customer Service Team Manager where I was responsible for monthly sales targets and managing a team of 15-20 associates. I consistently managed a top performing team and was asked to manage one of the teams in the Retention department.After successfully managing a team in Retention that consistently exceeded goals I was identified for my exemplary customer service and was tasked with leading the Customer Advocate's Office. My role as Customer Advocate's Office manager provided me with the opportunity to manage other managers and ensure that escalated complaints received by the bank were resolved effectively in a timely manner.

I was responsible for developing strategic plans for my clients, based on their needs to assist them in maximizing their web experience. I also assisted numerous companies by improving their productivity with a strong intranet site.
