Cost Management / Yield & MarketingI led a team in optimising temperature-controlled cargoes network and implementing cost control measures through optimal routes planning for over 200 corridors around the world. I also formulated Reefer cargo acceptance policies for risk management and supervised global regional offices on full compliance. Overseeing Yield & Marketing, I provided comprehensive yield assessments on business sustainability to Top Management especially on emerging markets including Latin America and Africa trades. Supporting P&L accountabilities, I identified problematic areas for immediate attention and developed interactive performance measurement tools for efficient monitoring.Asset Management / Flow PlanningI was responsible for the global distribution and flow planning of 100K Reefer containers and has achieved record high utilization ratio with continuous improvement in matchback. I have also driven growth of over 30% in terms of fleet size with business expansion during my tenure through effective procurement and disposal strategies. Playing a pivotal role in the transformation of procurement mode from purchase to long term lease, I successfully brought down the Maintenance & Repair cost while lowering the average container age for better customers’ satisfaction.
