As an RA I was responsible for supervising and advising 55 student residents in the middle of the Covid pandemic. In this role I responded to a variety of situations, which included navigating natural disasters, communicating with the maintenance team for emergency repairs, and taking action in the event of threats to resident or campus safety. This role helped develop and refine my leadership and communication skills which were used to create a positive campus experience for my residents.
