I was sole manager of the factory, approx 100 staff and was responsible for all factory and machine maintenance, all HR issues, staff recruiting etc, all production planning for the factory and ensuring high rates and quality standards were achieved, setting pricing for Account Managers and staff team building. The owner of the business sadly passed and the factory closed as a result, I moved accross the road to AE Direct Mail.
