It evaluated over 100 data points to assess candidate qualification, quality, company fit, and engagement.- I rebuilt a Python tool to create data extracts for all clients. This resulted from the need to move away from old tech and toward a new solution that is more sustainable and reduces ongoing maintenance costs.- I am experienced in building and optimizing dbt data models to streamline data transformation processes and enhance data workflows, which means we have more consistent data downstream.

- Support current and new clients throughout their journey at LiveHire. This includes extensive data cleaning, data import and data migration for new clients as well as providing regular and ad-hoc reporting, data extraction and ad-hoc campaigns for current clients.- Responsible for the client reporting set-up, update and maintenance.- Running various internal analyses for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams focusing on product adoption and feature analysis.

- As a Data Analyst, I ensure our customers maximize the value created by our platform through successful client implementations, providing ongoing analytics and insights to empower them to make informed recruitment decisions.- I also provide internal analysis & reporting (SQL, Tableau, Python), track platform metrics, carry out and improve existing data analytics processes that uncover trends and insights to help improve our product.- I work extensively on maintaining and extending our reporting capabilities by adding more functionalities (mainly using Python) to support more custom reporting requirements for our clients.
