We started WILLOW HOMES as a real estate, renovations, and rentals business in 2012. We buy single family homes in the downtown St Pete area, renovate them, and then hold them as rentals. Today, we own more than 20 homes here in beautiful St Pete FL! More recently, we decided to start offering our expertise and experience to other buyers and sellers - we started by helping our tenants to find a great home of their own, and eventually expanded to work with other buyers and sellers in our St Pete community. Primarily focused on improving the working hours and working conditions inside our Jabil factories worldwide. Lead our EICC/RBA compliance program, working hours reporting, carbon tracking and reporting, chemical management systems, and incident investigations and responses

Worked collaboratively with a large team of Bain Consultants to soak up the positive aspects of their organizational effectiveness strategies and analytics, and then worked tirelessly to implement them across Jabil’s Operations and Business Development organizations - both of which lacked interest in investing their energy into something so abstract :)

Focused on the implementation and maintenance of systems supporting Jabil’s Social, Environmental, Health & Safety organization - SAP CfP/EHSM, MSDS Systems, Carbon Reporting & CDP, working hours tracking, migrant worker programs, etc

Responsible for SCM systems and analytics. We had no idea what we were doing, but we still somehow found a way to get stuff done and serve the business!

Drained the Medicare trust fund, one dual beneficiary at a time. Worked tirelessly to integrate the claims processing and medical review functions of health-plans that WCG purchased during a phase of rapid expansion (ex: Harmony HealthPlans in IN and IL). Provided data analytics and claims processing support to the Medical Economics org - unwittingly helped them defraud Medicare and Medicaid. Systems Integration & Implementation - Mergers & Acquisitions team. Medical Economics and Data Warehousing.

Worked tirelessly to protect and save the Medicare trust fund! Put an endless supply of crooks out of business - one DME company at a time! Testified in federal court hearings on contested overpayment clawbacks from fraudulent providers - yes I’m talking about YOU, Liberty Medical and The Scooter Store! Subsidiary Palmetto GBA. Medicare Fraud Analysis Division of Government Services.

Military Health System - TRICARE Management Activity. Worked on the world’s largest datasets (at the time!) - military and Medicare medical claims. Worked with uniformed military epidemiologists and public health officials to identify successful treatment methods by studying surgery outcomes and longitudinal results through data analysis. Worked extra hard to identify and track poor performing practitioners/doctors to advocate for their removal. Quickly learned that college rumors about the death of mainframe computers were dramatically exaggerated. Side note, the concept of malpractice doesn’t exist for military doctors so they can’t be sued when they screw up and, interestingly, that fact seemed to attract a higher than normal % of bad docs!

Accounting firm that performed financial and systems audits with the Federal Government including the GAO, US Marshall Service, US Mint, US Treasury, Federal Bureau Of Prisons, etc. Literally COUNTED an absurd variety of things - prisoners, platinum bars, airplanes, you name it we counted it.
