I attended this incubator program about the agile way of working, and I had the role of a tech lead. The program was about learning the Agile way of working. And I had the role of Tech Lead. As the tech lead, I worked closely with the product designer, and as well as the product lead, we created a proof of concept to connect store managers, delivery companies, and clients in Rwanda. We conducted 50 interviews and collaborated with the UX lead to design a prototype.
