I am the primary contact for customers to schedule technicians to repair, install and perform preventative maintenance on their stand-by generators and industrial engines.

• Managed the inventory for all welcome package mailings enterprise wide. Negotiated, executed and managed the direct mail freight contract resulting in a savings of over $200k annually.

• Managed and oversaw the inventory for all Sprint Business Fulfillment collateral for new customer welcome packages.
• Managed all printing for the Emerging Mid Markets division of Sprint Business.
• Coordinated with cross-functional teams, including product managers, suppliers and customers to assess impacts of cost savings and production process improvements.
• Created, collected, synthesized and interpreted production pricing for fulfillment collateral and marketing programs.

• Provided consultative guidance and project management on graphics and print related projects for internal Sprint customers.
• Provided vendor, agency sources and management for entire project development and production phase.
• Interaction with all levels of management to ensure creative and production requirements are met while achieving customer satisfaction.
