As the Mechanical/Electrical Coordinator I assist preconstruction in facilitating the mechanical electrical design phase and design build process in preparation for project construction, and as needed for plan review and constructability. I have the responsibility to consult with project teams during design and construction to meet and exceed the performance, reliability and operating outcome of these major systems. Assist Superintendents and Project Managers in producing coordination drawings & BIM modeling. Plans, direct and coordinates on site QC and third party commissioning activities to insure compliance with applicable specifications and sequence of operation of building control systems & building life safety systems. Provide instruction to field personal as required, relating to mechanical, and electrical coordination issues.
