For the office TI, starting with architect’s conceptual layout, refined it to include break rooms, printer areas, and mail stations; chaired all progress review meetings with Lam stakeholders; led bid walks, and participated in the bid review and GC selection; total responsibility for the construction coordination; for the fitness center, I am especially proud to have reduced the equipment budget from $238k to $79k by re-purposing of Lam owned equipment, purchase refurbished equipment, and purchase new to complete the equipment package. Another favorite accomplishment is the online search for a reception desk that is complimentary to the Fitness Center theme. The architect loved the selection. This resulted a savings of $10,000 versus using our furniture vendor proposal at a cost $14,000. The Fitness Center is now ready for Grand Opening. The cost of both projects is $7.5M. -

Responsibilities include: development and execution of occupancy strategy incorporating upper management inputs and business requirements; maintain and update floor plans reflecting accurate occupancy inventory using AutoCad and Tririga; provide design solutions and implementation of office and cubicle reconfigurations; develop project scope, budgetary estimate & schedule, and construction management.Notable Project – Participated in the closure of Applied buildings. As project manager I was responsible for the logistics, coordination, reconfiguration, and execution for the relocation of over 445 personnel into 2 buildings. Associated with the personnel move, was responsible for the office layout design, conference room and test lab retrofit.Notable Project - As Project Manager, worked with consultants and contractors on the conversion of a 15,000 sf office space into a Wellness Center at Applied Material. The project includes the construction of a Medical Facility and a Gym at the construction cost of $3,000,000. The project was completed in time for the Scheduled Grand Opening.Notable project – As Project Manager, worked with consultants and contractors for the retrofit of B11 (totaling $1.1M) which include construction of 22 offices, retrofit of 24,000 SF cubicle space to improve circulation and densification of occupant load; renovation of a dingy back entrance into an open and welcoming entrance cum Collaborative Area. This project also entails relocation of over 250 personnel.
