REI system, który integruje systemy agencji nieruchomości z systemem DSP firmy Delta Projects. Pobieramy dane o ogłoszeniach z systemów źródłowych, na podstawie tych danych tworzymy kampanie i poniekąd banery oraz zarządzamy tymi kampaniami (startujemy/stopujemy/restartujemy) w systemie DSP. Dajemy możliwość konfigurowania tych kampanii: wyświetlanych obrazków i zakresu informacji oraz ich modyfikacji, czasu trwania kampanii. Dajemy możliwość zobaczenia statystyk dla uruchomionej kampanii - ilość wyświetleń banera per dzień. Jest też zestawienie wszystkich kampanii - czas ich trwania, budżet, ilość wyświetleń/kliknięć. Jest też mechanizm ciągłego uaktualniania wystartowanych kampani o świeże dane (teksty/obrazki) - gdyby ktoś zdecydował się na ich modyfikacje już po wystartowani kampanii.Java 8, Spring, Hibernate, Liquibase, Postgresql

Responsibilities: - IT project management, supervision of analyst’s and programmer’s team – I was responsible for managing the development process in selfcare and customer care area, starting from estimates preparing and resource planning, through supervising analysis, development and test activities up to changes deployment on production environment.- Process design, software design, interfaces design, verification and acceptance of solution and architecture concepts, development of applications- Cooperation with contractors – tender organization, evaluation of the offer, collection of the software and documentationMajor projects- “New Self Care Area Architecture” – designing solution and architecture concept for self care area. Project concerned channels: web (computers, phones), sms, ivr. - “New Order Management System Architecture” – designing solution and architecture concept for reimplementation of Order Management System. - “CRM” phase 1 – migration set of processes and functionalities to new CRM system. - “Plus online” – reimplementation of self-service web application in a new/upgraded technologies (HTML, CSS, Tags, AJAX, Java 1.5, Struts 2, WebServices, Websphere Application Server 7, Sybase DB), introducing new brands, set of subprojects enhancing and tunning application allowing for presentation and management of newly introduced services.- “NBS – New Billing System” phase 1, phase 2 – set of subprojects enhancing applications to new billing system functionalities, introducing new brand.

Responsibilities- Business requirements analysis, technical requirements preparing, software development – I prepared analysis and developed applications mainly based on WebSphere Application Server: web selfcare application (EBOK), sale application for dealers serving customers in POS (EDI), order management system (a part responsible for order registration) (OM), manual order management system (ZNAK), system for reference data management (Business Console), system for procesing batch orders (MASZA). I created application for database data replication and reconsiliation (Sybase DB, Java 1.4, JDBC), as well as sms selfcare application (Java 1.4, SMSC). Technologies and tools: Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, Velocity, JSP, EJB, WebService, JDBC, Sprng, Struts 2, Websphere Application Server, Sybase DB, Oracle DB.- Conducting unit tests and integration tests – I was duty to prepare and conduct unit tests and integration tests for applications developed in the Team.

Responsibilities- Preparing test plans and test cases, performing tests and analyzing results – I tested applications in area of selfcare systems (web, sms, ivr), customer care/billing systems, sales systems, collection systems.- Developing applications supporting tests activities – I created few applications that were used for decoding and encoding binary files used in mediation and real time rating systems. I programmed automatic tests for web applications (Junit, HtmlUnit, JMeter).- Designing and programming system for documenting and coordinating testing activities – I created application for managing System Test Team activities: estimates preparing, resource planning, effort reporting (PHP, MySQL, Tomcat), as well as database for test plans and test cases (Java 1.4, Hibernate, Apache Lucene, Tomcat), and application for generating .rtf reports of test cases execution for release (PHP, MySQL, Tomcat).
