Supervised 2 staff (i.e. Program Coordinator and Program Assistant), and managed a program budget of $20k to provide outdoor enrichment and college access programming for 60 high school students in the San Francisco Unified School District; personally tracked grades, attendance and participation for caseload of 24 high school sophomores and juniors; designed and implemented programs to engage and meet the needs of diverse students and stakeholders (e.g. parents, teachers, program staff, internship sponsors, funders, etc.).Achievements: - Increased average daily attendance by 100% over the previous year (i.e. an average of 5 students per day versus an average of 10 students per day) by restructuring after school program, re-branding and improving the homework support program, and integrating more enrichment options for students. - Established partnerships with internship sponsors from the finance, technology, construction, and nonprofit, and placed 58% of my junior class in summer internships, and implemented an accompanying curriculum and culminating presentation.- Supported caseload of sophmores and juniors with college and career exploration, resume development, and professional development.
