• Developing and managing the project component of climate-resilient agriculture.• Responsible for planning, budgeting, monitoring, evaluation, knowledge management, and reporting based on the project cycle and donor requirements.• Responsible for developing and updating different elements of the intervention guidelines in terms of strategy, result chains and projections.• Build and maintain good relationships with strategic partners from government, the private sector and community organisations and businesses (such as agricultural cooperatives)• Design and test different intervention models along the agriculture value chain with beneficiaries, potential partners, and other stakeholders. • Support a process to identify gaps and needs to further strengthen and scale-up intervention for the project • Provide capacity building and technical advice to relevant stakeholders regarding the need of the project.• Moderator multi-stakeholder dialogues, linkages and networking between producers, SNA, and MSMEs in relevant agriculture sectors.• Promote knowledge sharing and networking among HEKS partners, relevant NGOs, and other key stakeholders

Main responsibilities with the following tasks: • A technical focal point and advisor on the topics of climate-resilient agriculture, Market System Development and Human-centred design • Technical assistance and quality assurance with the design, implementation, and monitoring of interventions/projects• Coordination with the M&E team to ensure that monitoring and evaluation results are understood and used to improve programmes/project• Support a process to identify gaps and needs to further strengthen and scale-up climate resilience agriculture, digital innovation for HEKS/EPER Cambodia• Training and coaching of project staff and partners on relevant thematic topics • Supporting the design and implementation of climate resilient agriculture, and market systems development (MSD) approach • Support and prepare appropriate input to the various project/programme reports • Promote knowledge sharing and networking among HEKS partners, relevant NGOs, other key stakeholders• Coordination with the Thematic Advisory (TA) team at HEKS/EPER’s HQ on relevant thematic topics

• Lead and monitor the implementation of interventions • Link market actors, arrange or provide capacity development or support in other necessary manners, following the intervention strategies and models.• Provide technical advice and training to concerned staff with regard to technical know-how, business planning, private sector engagement, etc.• Writing project reports, and project proposals from service providers/partners for donors.• Development of monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) by leading to the conduct of assessments, baseline studies, case studies and other studies related to M&E purpose. • Contribute to the development of publications, learning material, and documentaries.

Project name (SAFE): Food Security and Climate Resilience Innovation and Localizing Application of Appropriate Smart Technologies for Water management. (HEKS/EPER-Cambodia). Main responsibilities with following tasks: • Conceptualize, preparation and implement workshops, seminars, and other events related to the project.• Take lead in conducting assessments, studies, and coordinating data collection, if needed. Analyse the information gathered and define appropriate measures for designing the interventions.• Design and test different intervention models with beneficiaries, potential partners, and other stakeholders. • Moderator multi-stakeholder dialogues, linkages and networking between producers, SNA, and SMEs in relevant agriculture sectors.• Provide capacity building and technical advice to relevant stakeholders regarding the need of the project.• Moderator multi-stakeholder dialogues, linkages and networking between producers, SNA, and SMEs in relevant agriculture sectors.• Write project reports.

Project name (RED_Program): Regional Economic Development, based: Oddor Meanchey and Siem Reap province. Main responsibilities with following tasks:• Contributing to the further adaptation of the Regional Management approach to Cambodia and its institutionalization in relation to the on-going decentralization processes • Assessing capacity development needs of stakeholders and organizing adapted measures to answer them • Facilitating multi-stakeholder dialogues, linkages and networking between village producers, local authorities (up to provincial level) and business owners in relevant economic sectors• Preparing and moderating workshops, meeting as well as training sessions • Identifying strategic partners for local economic development • Promoting measures to increase poor’s participation and benefits from economic development • Contributing to planning, M&E, reporting and knowledge management tasks

Overseeing and providing support to 3 projects namely:  “Capacity building of farmers and farmers’ associations and documentation of successful practices” based in Siem Reap province funded by GIZ (2009-2014) “Improving Livelihood of Small Farmers through Training on Ecological Agriculture” base in Siem Reap province funded by CODEGAZ. (2010-2014) Project name (BCR): Building Climate Resilient Farming Communities in Cambodia” based: Kampong Thom province. (2012-2014)My duties and responsibilities are:• Overseeing and providing support to project staff the field level to ensure smooth functioning of CEDAC branch office.• Capacity building (both training and meeting) to farmer leaders / key farmers on agricultural innovations and community-led businesses / farmer cooperatives, leadership and management, and communication etc. • Organizing thematic workshop and training on system of rice intensification (SRI), ecological chicken raising (ECR), compost making, home gardening etc.;• Ensuring community members are involved in all stages of project implementation, monitoring and evaluation to ensure accountabilities and transparency • Managing and controlling data of beneficiaries in the target groups • Managing and controlling budget line and activities• Preparing monthly, quarterly, work plan and report to project director and program director
