As a Full Time QA Tester, I would setup my devkits necessary for the day, and bring up my JIRA Database Dashboard to check of previously entered and recently resolved issues. I would bring up any discrepancies I saw to my next higher-up. Afterwards, I begin testing through the title to search and find any issues, and double check JIRA to log any unwritten issues. I would also complete any regressions I had available to me for my specific testing platform. Additionally, I was capable of switching platforms on the fly to check any immediate issues, regressions, or to cover more testing ground. I was personally asked to perform several specific tasks by managers such as: performing a sprint through title, checking the title for Platform Compliance issues, et cetera. Overall, I am easy adaptable and have a deep understanding of different video game testing platforms (Sony, MS, PC).

As a Retail Advisor, I would greet and help guests in an efficient and pleasurable manner. I worked the POS system up front to complete transactions, but also answer any questions customers might have. I would also work the Online Pick-Up area, and run out any curbside orders as soon as possible! I would offer customers to sign up for our rewards program, as well as the Best Buy credit card for all it's benefits! I would always make sure to clearly communicate with my coworkers, so that we could minimize any stress or problems from occurring.

As a hostess at Vegenation, I was to greet and seat guests in a timely manner. I would keep the front and dining area as clean as possible, so that guests may have a more pleasurable experience. I would also clean and wipe down tables after guests have left to prepare for our next guests to arrive. I answer phone calls, took reservations, answered any questions people might have (especially since we specialized in vegan food only). I would also deliver food to tables when we were to get a bit busier than usual. I had clear communication with my waiters and waitresses, so that we may both have a wonderful and understanding workplace environment!
