1) Work closely with R&D Mechanical engineer to deliver accurate and quality design under limited time constrain. 2) Perform Electrical circuit design by using computer-aided design tool, AutoCAD.3) Study and understand the electrical component by the datasheet.4) Actively involve in machine wiring improvement, EMI, analysis and electrical noise reduction.5) Update and maintain Electrical system by utilizing data organizing software such as Microsoft Excel Macro VBA.6) Provide assistant and technical support to production team.7) Machine and module wiring QC.8) Correspond to Electrical system improvement such as revision up drawing, master list checkup and revision.9) Knowledge acquired :- Electrical power transmission, 3phase AC, Single-phase AC, DC, Servo Motor.- I/O transmission, sensor type and valve.- Design and utilized circuit with variety of mechanical switches, safety components, such as Isolator, EMO, Magnetic Contactor, MCB, Relay, SSR and etc...- Project coordination- Time management- Analytical skill in machine specification planning according to customer requirement.- Application of CE, SEMI, NFPA standard according to design requirement.
