I am an undergraduate sophomore at Mizzou studying Finance and Banking with a double major in Economics. I have been awarded the KC & Ellis Scholar awards. After graduation, I plan to return to Kansas City and contribute to its economic and financial environment. I am passionate about working for the city that gave so much to me. I currently work at the MU Career Center as a Career Education Response Team Coordinator and Career Specialist. The Career Center offers services such as reviewing resumes and cover letters, interpreting career-based assessments such as Clifton strengths or focus 2, preparing for interviews and networking, and providing professional headshots. As a coordinator, I help lead a team of approximately ten people by training and maintaining their knowledge of the Career Center's payment systems. I also answer the MUCC email to help aid students and departments with their questions regarding payments or our services. I am involved in the Association of Trulaske Businesswomen (ATB) and TRiO Student Organization (TSO). I am the fundraising and finance chair for TSO, which allows me to raise and allocate funds for TRiO students and activities. My extracurriculars help to pave the way for my future.
