Managed a staff of 30+ lifeguards per shift. Trained lifeguards in skills and certifications, performed audits to ensure staff skills were up to par, assisted staff with policy and safety enforcement, worked with security and supervisors to deescalate angry and unsafe patrons, monitored pool and environmental conditions to ensure safe environments, performed first aid as needed.
