Kyahn led the data analytics group at Better Health, developing new approaches to utilizing claims, absence, worker engagement, and health assessment data from over 3MM covered lives to drive health and wellness coaching programs. Nationwide Better Health was one of the first companies to offer a truly integrated approach to the provision of total employee healthcare management, working together with employers and healthplans to ensure optimal health and financial outcomes for their members.Kyahn's Informatics team designed the metrics and strategies used to define and drive internal and external/client reporting and data analytics, including return on investment, coach capacity modeling, clinical outcomes (a la HEDIS) and the like.
