Kyoichi is an FDM trainee, currently training in Technical Test Analysis. Placed since November 2015 as a consultant test analyst and integrated into the permanent Test Practice within YBSG’s Change Delivery department.Projects and Platforms worked on:- Delivered multiple successful change projects, including standing up a new CRM platform, implementing a new electronic ISA transfer process, remediation of existing systems and.

Assisted and coached climbing sessions for DCC with school groups. Worked with a wide range of ages (3 – 18) from a variety of social backgrounds, including disabled children. Developed new approaches to teaching younger children, as well as engaging effectively with older clients. Gained greater awareness and understanding of the needs and challenges.

Taught and mentored 13-18 year old pupils on wide range of trips from low-level bushcraft/survival camps, through to more technical climbing trips and expeditions, requiring me to lead groups, manage/supervise and teach skills.
