A Southern Illinois University, Carbondale undergraduate studying for a Bachelors of Science in Business Management specializing in Personnel. I am apart of two organizations and work in employee records while balancing/maintaining my grades. One of my key strengths is time management because I plan ahead and get the job done. I possess effective communication skills, leadership, team building, and other transferable skills that could add great value to any company.
