Devised and deployed upstream and downstream global brand marketing and communication strategies. Directed a full-service in-house creative team of nine direct reports, including product marketing managers, an international events team, copywriters, graphic designers, videographers, and web designers. Identified and tracked buyers’ capacity for purchasing and facilitated decision-making processes by leading omnichannel marketing campaigns. Navigated market perceptions and implemented research-driven product strategies while analyzing brand positioning/segmentation and performing ongoing brand audits. Liaised with global brands, such as LG, AT&T, Motorola, HP, HBO GO, Dell, Samsung, Fujitsu, and NTT Docomo, while acting as a principal creative and brand manager. Leveraged creative skills to produce print and digital ad graphics, ad copywriting and scripting all video commercials, including post-production editing and motion graphics. Steered multiple multimedia product launches, including biometric security, mobile device payments, and UX OEM software security PC solutions. Delivered strategic guidance to global software development teams to ensure complete development of API developer community website and affiliate portal while serving as a Scrum Master.Project highlights:• Managed, designed, and implemented multiple multimedia product launches working with global brands, including LG, AT&T, Motorola, HP, HBO GO, Dell, Samsung, Fujitsu, NTT Docomo, and more.• Saved $250K/year in agency fees by bringing all branding in-house; directed five global acquisition branding initiatives, including SafeNet, ESS, UPEK, NXP, and Atrua.• Supported various brands such as LG eXpo with AuthenTec smart sensor technology to achieve 40K+ viewership within 24 hrs of debut while performing as director, producer, graphic designer, and editor of the first infomercial.• Promoted B2B and B2C biometric products and software solutions by developing effective multi-media sales pitches and supporting global sales teams in product launches.

Designed and executed company-wide rebrand after merger and acquisition of IAP, G3 Systems, and Johnson Controls. Supported VPs of three new divisions now all under IAP and branded each extension under one company mission. Wrote/published a monthly newsletter to 5k+ employees and an extensive quarterly customer report sharing key insights and stories that demonstrated success as a united force. As principal creative, developed campaign strategies to build unity and healthy brand equity. Managed internal/external websites and trade show events. Oversaw technical vendors and managed trade show logistics, marketing collateral, giveaways, banners and booths. Project Highlights:• Copywriter and assistant editor for extensive quarterly customer report (10 published editions between 2005 and 2008) and internal monthly newsletter sent to 5k+ employees.• Designed first Learning Management System (LMS), a global HR initiative providing online continuous training to 5k+ employees.• Developed campaign brochure and presentation strategy for Peacekeeper Treaties in Africa.• Developed internal education program including events and online video programs informing employees about company initiatives reinforcing a unified brand, community and culture with transparency and support.

Gained early experience, perspective and expertise in video design/production for this multimedia production company offering end-to-end solutions for marketing, training and internal communications. Project Highlights:• Earned Telly Award for educational children’s video sold in the US and Japan.• Recipient, American Association of Webmasters Gold Award (2006-2007) for an Online Career Development Center for the Employees of Harris Corporation and ADP.• Produced/Directed commercial for Brevard Community College – aired on WBCC TV.
