• Strategically staffed 92 square mile area with predicted number of workers needed based on local population size and patron traffic rate per hour• Screened workers based on customer/client needs; friendliness, knowledge-ability, propensity for leadership • Designed new referral based method and built a candidate pool of 2,000 volunteers • Coordinated the training process; facilitated training; tracked, scheduled and assigned each volunteer to a certain location using a living electronic document• The candidate and her team visited 60% of the polls and reported an excellent work-show/quality rate• Implemented staff training system to increase team effectiveness. Training consisted of face-to-face role playing with feedback analysis (i.e., a plus, a minus, and a focus) supplemented by shadowing.• Designed operational functions; payroll sheets, invoicing procedures, proposal design, and company branding
