Administrative tasks: Preparing for client meetings, managing phones, and advisor calendar scheduling. Marketing: projects to connect more clients with the business. Planning: assisting in writing and implementation of financial plans.

Prepare monthly invoicing and journal entries accurately and timely. Complete monthly account reconciliations with appropriate documentation for financial activities. Support Regulatory Compliance by understanding contracts and tariffs for product movements. Complete Federal Energy Regulatory Compliance quarter and annual reports accurately and timely. Complete other projects as assigned by manager.

Enrollment Management Office Responsible for screening calls; managing calendars;making travel, meeting and event arrangements• Assist with bookkeeping/accounting functions asappropriate• Filing of materials in general files area• Be familiar with functions of Office Manager so as toenable him/her to assume the duties of the Office Manager in his/her absence
