• Strategic planning and program management – Equipped more than 10 years’ strategic program planning and management experience and skill with underpinning sound experiences of situational analysis, organizational development, designing and implementation of a program framework in line with organizational policies, project cycle management including M&E framework, organizational development.• Civil and Political Empowerment – Designing and directing to implement some projects under the civil and political empowerment program in Myanmar aiming that a) Targeted communities can become more self-organized and actively protect and promote their rights including religious right, indigenous rights, and minority rights extending the practice of democratic culture among the diverse communities through promoting the pluralism in society.b) Social cohesion and cross-cultural understanding between and among targeted communities become stronger and deeper, as they become protectors and promoters of each other’s rights.c) Participatory democracy is promoted through empowering the targeted communities for more political participation in public affairs, enhancing public spaces through mobilizing CSO and communities, promoting the awareness of the protection of group rights, strengthening institutional capacity, and promoting participating in policy making process.• Governance and Accountability Promotion - Designing and directing to implement some projects under the governance and accountability promotion program aiming that improving capacity of public institutions and local governance actors to respond to the demands and rights of the citizens. Local democracy promotion and promotion of right to participation and other political and civil right in public sphere and public policy making process in Myanmar.• Partnership – Partnership aptitude and caliber with extensive experience of Civil and Political Engagement, Governance and Development programs management for 13 years in partnering with over 20 humanitarian, development, right-based and governance National and International NGOs partners including European Union, USAID, British Council, consortiums, several working groups and local CSOs networks, politicians and local governments. • Civil society strengthening and Community development • Policy Advocacy • Moderator, Facilitator and Trainer of Federalism – Seven-year experience in Public Talk/consultation in political related topics, Five-year experiences in conducting training on Federalism in Myanmar as well as online trainings.
