I am working at the National University of Union of Myanmar (NUUM) which is an educational program implemented by the Burmese-American Community Institute (BACI). I am mainly responsible for Univiersity Administration: President Office, HR Team, Finance Team, and Student Record Team. Organizing and facilitating meetings, orientations, conferences, seminars, and other special events, Student data management, Responding to inquiries and solving the students' complaints, Coordination between staff and organization and between departments as well, Developing HR & Administration policy, procedures, and systems, Logistics & Supplies, Systematically maintaining confidential data and information, Payroll calculation and stipend transferring, Recruitment - CV screening, interviewing, and selection, Analysis of the organization's progress and reporting, Other required tasks

I worked as an assistant researcher in the Study of Online Learning Students who are studying Higher Education Level after the Coup fully sponsored by Center for Research, Policy and Innovation (CRPI). CRPI is a project implemented by the Burmese-American Community Institute (BACI), which aims to emerge quality research papers regarding the Myanmar socio-economy and to bear the practice of analysis of global leadership program.

I supervised 11 student affairs associates and closely worked with Academic and Student Affair Manager and Vice Principal, and mainly responsible for public communication, solving students' complaints and problems, systematically record student attendance and reporting.

I worked at the Department of Labour under the Ministry of Labour, Immigration and Population for about one year. With the main responsibilities of data management in the Annual Labour Force Survey, assisting and providing required documents to my director in every meeting she attended, supporting labour information requested by researchers, other ministries and departments and non-profit organizations, assisting and editing the publishing of labour force survey results.

I have serviced Department of Planning under the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation (MOALI) for three years. I was accounted for High Level Officer Meeting Facilitation, Reporting, Project M&E and other office works.
