As the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Water Bridge Myanmar, I led a team of engineering consultants and project engineers who provide solutions in water resources management, river navigation improvement, flood risk analysis, and waterfront development. With more than 15 years of experience in engineering and business development, I have successfully contributed in delivering projects for international and local clients and partners, such as the Myanmar IWRM Strategic Study, Feasibility Study on the Improvement of the Navigability of the Ayeyarwady River, the Meikhtila Lake Integrated Development Plan, Pre-Feasibility Study on Pan Hlaing Sluice, Flood Hazard Model and Flood Risk Model for Yangon City, the Mandalay Riverfront Development, Initial Environmental Examination for Chindwin River Passenger Transport, Environmental and Social Impact Assessment Guidelines for Ports, Harbours and Terminals. I am passionate about applying my knowledge and skills in water and sustainable development to address the challenges and opportunities in water sector. I am currently pursuing a MSc degree at IHE Delft Institute for Water Education, where I am learning from world-class experts and practitioners in the field. I aim to enhance my competencies and network, and to contribute to the advancement of water resources management in Myanmar and beyond.
