 Operations: Coordinate a 5 men crews while working with customers to troubleshoot their amine and glycol systems. Independently progress a project through the technical proposal, contract negotiations and final logistics.  Sales: Expand key gas plant and petrochemical refinery clientele within Canada. Provide technical presentations and liaise with a technical team to develop solutions for customers’ petrochemical reclamation requirements.  Equipment Optimization: Operated and completed maintenance on mobile vacuum distillation units. Completed daily production analysis and optimization of the distillation and pumping equipment.

Field Operations – Edson, AB June - October 2015 Optimization and Workover Supervision: Managed multiple wireline and service rig operations as well as co-supervised 3 Wilrich slick-water fracs. Specialized in improving underperforming fields through plunger, pumpjack and compressor optimization, as well as remediating AER compliance issues. Production – Calgary, AB January - May 2015 Stimulation and Workover Design: Identified, designed and implemented an 80 well workover program in the Whitecourt and Mcleod River areas that added 27% more production. The program included acid and xylene stimulations, downhole clean outs with wireline, plunger installations and downhole tubing repairs.  Facility Improvements: Identified and designed gas plant modifications which reduced overall operating costs by $130,000/ year and increased field production by 12%. Led a facility consolidation and pipeline construction to redirect third party production through our wholly owned gas plant, increasing third party revenue by 73%.  Operating and Capital Budgeting: Coordinated quarterly well and operating cost reviews for the Edson and Whitecourt areas with the technical and field team members. Developed annual capital and operating budgets. Liaised with field staff to ensure optimal production and reduce overall downtime.Field Operations – Fairview, AB July - December 2014 Field Operations & Well Optimization: Tasked with the operation and optimization of 13 pumping oil wells, 18 gas wells, a 400m3/d oil battery with water injection and 800HP of compression with a Dehy unit. Downtime was reduced by 56% and 4 high risk AER items were resolved.  Operating and Capital Budgeting: Developed annual capital and operating budgets as well as executed quarterly well and operating cost reviews with the technical and field members for the Edson, Whitecourt and Peace River areas.

 Field Operations: Directly responsible for the operation and maintenance of a 500m3/d oil battery, 45 oil and gas wells and 3 compressors. Brought on 6 new Glauconite gas and 3 new Cardium oil wells in the Willesden Green area.

 Downhole Pump Design: Implemented new downhole insert pump and progressive cavity pump designs in the Carstairs area, increasing average pump life-cycles by 250% and production by 15%.  Downhole Completions: Performed analysis on multiple completion methods for the Glauconite formation which resulted in a change of completions design and an increased completion success company-wide.

 Facility Consolidations: Developed strategies to consolidate 3 large gas gathering systems through nodal analysis and compressor modelling in North East British Columbia and presented to senior management.  Well Reactivation and Optimization: Developed a program to test and reactivate 22 oil wells in North East British Columbia. Developed performance-based analysis model for the Septimus completion program. Technically support Senior Production engineers and field staff in day to day activities

 Performed compressor and pumpjack optimization and maintenance, conducted pressure surveys on the gathering system for overseeing engineer, and completed regular production data collection and entry. Completed Level C Production Field Operation training with a GPA of 3.7.
